TOEFL PBT - Total: 550
IELTS - Overall: 6.5, Each Section: 6.0
An International Baccalaureate grade of 4 or higher in English A1 or A2 at the Higher Level or Standard Level or English B at the Higher Level is required for admission (predicted or actual).
Graduation from a U.S. high school and completion three (3) full years of regular English (non-ESL) course work with a grade point average of 2.5 in those courses. Students who have attended at least two (2) years of high school in the U.S. (at the time of application) are also expected to submit an ACT or SAT and meet our freshman admission standards.
Submission of ONE of the following test scores:
a) 21 or higher on the ACT English
b) 520 or higher on the SAT I Evidence-based Reading and Writing (if taken after March 2016)
c) 500 or higher on the SAT I Verbal (if taken prior to March 2016)
An ACT or SAT score is not required, unless you have attended at least two (2) years of school in the U.S. at the time of application or wish to apply for a scholarship.

Undergraduate Anthropology majors choose between two degrees: The Bachelor of Arts and the Bachelor of Science. The undergraduate curriculum for students seeking the BA and BS degrees in Anthropology is structured to ensure that all students receive the knowledge to achieve the educational outcomes prescribed by the faculty, as well as allow for flexibility in training so that the personal goals of each student is achieved. Students pursuing either degree have the opportunity to participate in departmental field schools and/or an internship program.<br><br>Anthropology is the study of human cultural and biological variation and evolution. It is a holistic discipline taking into consideration all aspects of human existence. In a general sense, anthropology is concerned with determining what humans are, how they evolved, and how they differ from one another. Anthropology is divided into four major sub-fields: cultural anthropology, biological anthropology, and archaeology.
