ACCOUNTANCY WITH INTERNATIONAL ACCOUNTING:- Accountancy is the process by which financial information about a business is recorded, classified, summarised, interpreted and communicated. A major benefit at Glasgow is our use of external tutors. These professional accountants will lead tutorials, offering you the opportunity to discuss issues and learn from their experience.Students study a language in years 1 or 2. In years 3 and 4 International Financial Accounting and International Financial Management are compulsory courses.
The University will consider students who have gained good scores in the Gaokao exam for direct entry into first year. Students who have taken a recognised foundation or access programme or equivalent will also be considered, as well as those students who have taken international qualifications such as the IB diploma, GCE A Levels, AP and SATs. Please refer the university website for details of the English Language requirements for entry to individual undergraduate degree programmes.
