Combine the art of culinary with the science of nutrition. In this two-year diploma program, you'll learn how to work in a variety of environments including the food service industry to meet the demands of increasingly health-conscious consumers. Our program combines instruction in culinary techniques, food service management, ingredient knowledge, healthy menu design and recipe/product development with the latest advances in the field of nutrition. You have a passion for food, cooking and health, and realize that people are becoming more concerned about nutrition and lifestyle.
