Amazing tutor and professors

Courses are interesting and professors especially my supervisor are so nice and helpful during my study. Psychology research is strong here and you have many choices for the topic you want for your dissertation.
Bangor is a beautiful town, the University is close to rail station so its quite convenient.

It is just perfect

I made a significant search and asked graduates from different universities in the UK and I made a decision that Bangor is my best choice to do my PhD due to the friendly enviroment and being an active university.

Great! Apart from the people I have to live with

Rethink and rethink again whether this person / these people are the ones you would actually want to go home to. Think it through thoroughly!!!! You will regret so much if you don't. Also, when choosing a house, make sure the landlord is professional and responsible in handling personal situations you may encounter.
Other than that, the university and the location in itself are terrific!

A JOURNEY WORTH EMBARKING ON

Coming from an Asian background and being a mature student, I was definitely nervous about resuming studies so far away from home. However, Bangor University is perhaps one of the best place for international students to aim for because of the emphasis it places on student experiences.

So far I am loving studying Psychology here. The staff are great, the facilities (even though I hear are not always state-of-the-art) suits my needs perfectly, lecturers are wonderful. And what makes Bangor the best place is its location - situated between the Snowdania Mountains and the sea - it is a very scenic place; people say it is great for those who enjoy outdoor activity (whether it be water sports or mountaineering activities). But if you are a city person, looking for the great UK nightlife, social scene, etc. than you are perhaps looking at the wrong place.

Awesome.

It's really awesome. It's hilly and cold, but its okay. The people are nice, the mountain is beautiful, and the university is one of the best and oldest. One of the best places to study and live in the UK.

Me Thomas

Maybe you're having the time of your life, or perhaps being a student isn't living up to expectations - just as long as you're truthful and honest, and you try and explain your reasons for being positive or negative, your review can be anything you want it to be. And if you're not sure what to write, an easy way to get started is to list what you thought were the pro's and con's of your course, college or university
